This characterful end of terrace cottage had been poorly renovated by the previous owners and was in need of an overhaul. After thoroughly exploring all the options, the customers decided that the best option was to replace and enlarge the recent poorly built two-storey extension, in order to maximise the space on the limited plot. The kitchen, bathroom, shower rooms and WC all had to be replaced and a new utility room was created to take the pressure off the main spaces. The result is a stunning family home full of original features and flooded with light from a new lantern above the stairs.
